The content you create and store in LittleJot remains your property. However, by using the application, you grant LittleJot a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
You may not post or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful. LittleJot has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove such content.
LittleJot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
LittleJot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LittleJot from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your use of the service.
LittleJot may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

If your subscription to LittleJot expires or is terminated, your account will switch to a read-only mode for a period of 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to create or edit notes but can view and export your existing data. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. We encourage users to renew their subscription or export their data during this period to avoid data loss.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on LittleJot subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several days to appear. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and purchase information. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for any charges incurred.
